Hypnotherapy for Insomnia
Insomnia is an inability to get a good nights sleep. It is often related to underlying anxiety, and can often get worse when your life is at its most stressful.
There are 3 main forms of insomnia:
- Initial insomnia Problems falling asleep.
- Middle insomnia Difficulty maintaining sleep, waking up during a period of sleep
- Late insomnia Waking up too early
